I had everything, the house, the car a loving family. Even the dog loved me. But it didn't matter, I was in a rut and I hated it. Nothing worked anymore, nothing quenched my thirst. Not another drink, a new car or an even better holiday than last years. Nothing. My wife kept asking what was wrong. But I couldn't say because I didn't know.
