✙ You're NOT to sell or publish my Avatar or Assets as your own.

✙If you want to reuse any of the assets on my avatars , please BUY them from the ORIGINAL creators, or you will be breaking their TOS.

✙You must NOT share the avatar, or texture, or anything used on it. 

✙Make sure to Publish as PRIVATE when uploading the avatars.

✙All links for assets used are listed !

✙Only allowed to make SMALL EDITS of the avatars. (If you wana add clothes or hairs etc please let me know in a ticket for approval. You must leave some assets on the avi or it will be considered as a rip and reuse of body & head sculpts and that is NOT allowed.)

✙Not allowed to head or body swap!

✙Any major edit request please make a ticket for permission/approval.

✙ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!

✙If caught wearing my avi and you haven't purchased it from my shop,you will be BANNED and BLACKLISTED from mine and my server owners shops & server!

✙𝕀𝕗 you have any problems join my server and create a ticket !

✙If I missed any credits please make a ticket in the server and I will fix it!

✙ IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT CHECKOUT INFO CORRECTLY YOU WILL BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED FROM ALL OF OUR SHOPS AND SERVER. DONT BE FUCKING LAZY. (If its not allowing you to add the fonts please make a ticket in my server letting me know incase i look you up to check corrent info was input! I dont wana ban for no reason!)

✙ If you are banned from my server you DO NOT have rights to my products. I have the right to revoke access at anytime.

𝔾𝕀𝕍𝔼𝔸𝕎𝔸𝕐 𝕋𝕆𝕊:

- If you leave the server directly after receiving your prize, it will revoked and you will be banned from both the shop and the server. (YOU MAY NOT GIFT UR GIVEAWAY PRIZE TO ANYONE WITHOUT PERMISSION, IF IT IS DONE YOU WILL BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED) 

- same goes for Boosting the server, if you grab the freebies, then leave or take away your boost, you will be banned from the server and shop both.(must wait minimum 1 month to unboost to maintain rights)(YOU MAY NOT GIFT THIS EITHER!)

My Discord Server!

Yes. BUT you must make a ticket in my server for approval.

You can change textures as much as you want.

If you wana add clothes, hairs, etc. You must make a ticket.

You must also leave some items from the original avatar, if not it will be flagged as a head and body sculpt rip and that is NOT allowed.

I will be adding my logo inside of the avatars heads. That CANNOT be removed. If you do I will blacklist you.

You must credit me that I created the avatar no matter how heavy the edit is.

Short answer. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

If you were banned from my server its probably for a solid reason.

You either filled out info incorrectly, was caught being a leaker or ripper, or are in some kind of blacklist. I do mass shop ban.

If you are banned from the shop only please create a server ticket and I will look into it!

I do give benefit of the doubt unless solid proof is shown.
