Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Consumer Rights under Australian Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:
- Faulty or defective
- Not delivered
- Not as described
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.
Technical Support
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your product, we will provide support to ensure you can download and use it. Technical issues do not automatically entitle you to a refund if the product is delivered correctly.
International Customers
If you purchase from outside Australia, local consumer protection laws may apply. We make no guarantees regarding foreign consumer law but will assist with access or technical issues wherever possible.
