I'm Vanny :)


I am a stay-at-home mama of two amazing boys: Luke and Jack and wifey to Shawn, the love of my life. Our boys have been vegan since conception, and I am passionate about offering them a healthy plant-based lifestyle rooted in kindness and a way of living that is connected with nature.


My journey into the world of plant-based living is fueled by a deep passion for health, a love for all animals, and a commitment to spreading kindness like confetti.


I'm a dreamer, and truly believe that anything is possible. Our thoughts and intentions carry incredible power, and I genuinely think that we can manifest anything we set our hearts to. Spirituality captivates me, and I'm always ready to learn more on the subject.


I love yoga and meditation. I bring passion into everything I do so these mindful practices are my allies to stay grounded and slow down.


Aside from veganism, my biggest passion is travelling. I love exploring new places, discovering new cultures and tasting new flavors.
