My name is Vinny Russo and I have an innate passion for nutrition, training, and the science behind supplementation. I was an All-State football and baseball player in High School and an All MAC Football player in college. I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. I've coached High School Football (6 years) and High School Baseball (2 years) and coached classes at Orange Theory Fitness (2 years). I am now a High School Science Teacher at the Alternative School (Behavioral) in Rahway NJ.
