1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any assets from Voxq Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the assets.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Roblox assets (“Assets”) on the Roblox platform. This license permits both personal and commercial use, including use in monetized games or experiences.

This license does not grant ownership of the Assets.

3. Restrictions on Use

Reselling & Redistribution

You may not resell, trade, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the Assets (or any part of them) to any third party, whether for free or for profit, without explicit written permission from the Seller.

Modification

You may modify the Assets for use in your own projects. However, modified versions may not be shared, sold, or redistributed in any form.

Standalone Use Prohibited

The Assets may not be used as standalone products or packaged in a way that allows others to extract or reuse them.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Assets, including copyrights and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of the Seller. Purchase does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

5. Termination

The Seller reserves the right to terminate this license if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Assets and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided.
