1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any assets from Voxq Studio's, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the assets.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Roblox assets ("Assets") solely for personal use within the Roblox platform. This license does not constitute ownership of the Assets.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the Assets to any third party without the explicit written permission of the Seller. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms.
• Modification: You may modify the Assets for personal use only. However, you may not distribute or share modified versions of the Assets without the Seller’s permission.
• Commercial Use: The Assets are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling or trading within Roblox or any other platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Assets, including copyrights and trademarks, are owned by the Seller. The Buyer acknowledges that the purchase of the Assets does not grant any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to the Assets.

5. Termination

The Seller reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the Buyer breaches these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Assets and delete any copies from your devices.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. The Seller does not offer refunds or exchanges for Assets purchased.
