You can get a refund if, within 7 days of purchase: the product does not match its description on the product page, OR the file is defective (won't open, is corrupted, or is missing content) and we can't provide a working replacement within 2 business days. To request a refund: contact us through the store with your order email and a short note about the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip/Stripe/PayPal; timing depends on your bank or payment provider. What refunds don't cover: a guide that matches its description but covers a problem you've already solved. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
