Hi, I'm Jasmin. I'm a mum of three daughters, and I lost my mum in August 2024, seven days after my third daughter was born. They got to meet, and I will cherish that forever.

My mum was tough, brave, and hard to read if you didn't know her. I knew her deeply. She raised us as a single parent and met every struggle with determination, and she's the reason I am who I am.

In the months after she died, I felt so alone, even surrounded by people. Everything was a blur, and I wish someone had told me to go slow, write things down, and give myself time. So I started sharing my grief online, and the response showed me how many daughters are carrying the same ache.
