•Please have basic Unity knowledge before purchasing, or make a ticket for an upload 

•You can use my avatars for streaming, video recording, photoshoots, etc., you must credit me

•No reselling the avatar and or claiming it as your own 

•No public uploads/re-colored public uploads 

•You may edit my models as long as it is still recognizable that it is my model 

•You are NOT allowed to take ANY parts off of my models to sell or use personally. You must purchase the original creator's asset to use it

•I am not held accountable for any future game updates that may break the avatar. 

•NO refunds 

•You may not share my model to have friends upload for you. If you need an upload, you can get one from my server 

•No leaking/ripping models or obtaining illegally 

• Failure to provide your Discord ID & VRChat name will result in a ban, as this is a breach of my TOS.

ASSET TOS (｡•́︿•̀｡)

•You must credit me for my assets either through a link to my Discord or shop 

•No giving out my assets to friends, family, loved ones, etc. 

•No reselling 

•No illegal obtaining of my assets 

•NO refunds 

•You may use all my assets for free, public, nitro, & for commercial use unless stated otherwise 

•You MUST have proper licensing to use my products, meaning you must buy them 

•You must have Blender/Unity knowledge. I am not obligated to assist you once the product has been altered/edited 

• Failure to provide your Discord ID & VRChat name will result in a ban, as this is a breach of my TOS.
