• Avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only you.

• DO NOT make the avatar public/claim avatars as your own.

• IF gifting, please refer to gifting TOS.

• You CANNOT hard edit my models (i.e. head swaps), This takes away from the work I put into models. You CAN soft edit (adding ears, changing colors, etc).

• If the avatar is a 'server free' avatar, you MUST BE IN MY SERVER to have the avatar, unless you purchase it before leaving.

• DO NOT upload for anyone - if you need help uploading, reach out to me in my discord server and I can help you.

• You are in NO way, shape, or form allowed to reuse assets off models without purchasing from the original creator first.

• Do not claim as your own.

• Can be used on paid, free, public and nitro models.

• IF YOU GIFT AN ASSET: the gifter will NOT have a license to the product unless they buy the product using their own information.

- "collab" models require BOTH parties to purchase the asset.

• If the asset is a 'server free' asset, you MUST BE IN MY SERVER to have commercial/personal rights.

• Must credit me "xbun." with a link to the asset.

• You must put the RECIPIENTS email in the email slot.

• Put BOTH yours & the person you are giftings info in the discord/vrchat name spots.

• When gifting anything, the receiver is the only holder of the license.

> You, as the gifter, hold no rights to use/own anything unless you purchase it yourself.

• Failure to fill out information correctly will result in a public blacklist/ban.

• DO NOT use any platform other than VRCHAT!
