"I'm Sam Whitmore, founder of Sales Rhythm. I spent all my working life in B2B sales and years at Salesforce doing two things: leading high-performance sales teams, and selling sales systems to SMB businesses. That second part matters. It meant I was constantly inside growing companies, understanding what was broken underneath the surface, and helping them build the processes that made consistent, efficient outreach possible.
I saw the same pattern everywhere. The advice, the training, and the tools were built by men, for men. And the women in those rooms were brilliant, but they were being handed a playbook that didn't fit.
When I moved into working with female founders in B2B, I saw it again. Not a capability gap. A tools gap.
