I noticed that a business could offer a good, in demand product and still fail- while another business could offer a mediocre product and prosper. I had also noticed this in the art community. I had watched some of the most talented artists I knew fail to make a living and give up on their art while people with far less talent managed to create a brand that boasted 6 figures or more. I began looking closely and evaluating what was working and what wasn’t. Through this experience, I’m able to quickly recognize pain points and relatively minor problems that destroy sales and can kill a business.
