Preorder items are handmade-to-order pieces that are not yet ready to ship. By purchasing a preorder, you are reserving your item from the collection before production is complete.

🗓 Production & Shipping Timeline

• Preorders are produced after the preorder window closes
• All preorders ship by a certain date, which will be specified during order processing.
• Timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to the handmade nature of the items

If any delays occur, buyers will be notified via email.

💳 Payment

• Full payment is required at checkout
• Payments are processed immediately at the time of purchase
• Preorders help fund materials and production

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

• All preorder sales are final
• Because items are made specifically for you, preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged
• Please double-check your order details before purchasing

📬 Address Accuracy

• Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering
• A Crafted Haven is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses

Each item is handmade with care. Small variations in size, color placement, or stitch detail are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted goods.
