At A Crafted Haven, everything is handmade with love and care, and I want you to be happy with your order! Below is my current policy on shipping and returns:

🚚 SHIPPING

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items will be mailed within 2–4 business days
• Made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days depending on order volume
• (If there’s ever a delay, I’ll message you right away!)

Delivery Method

• All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping within the U.S.
• Free shipping on orders over $75
• I currently do not ship internationally (but stay tuned!)

Lost/Damaged Packages

Once your package is with USPS, I sadly can't control delays or damages, but I’ll always try to help if something goes wrong. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with photos.

🔄 RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because each item is handmade and one of a kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if something’s wrong with your order (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), please message me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

🧺 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Each item comes with a care card, but general care includes:

• Spot clean only
• Do not bleach
• Lay flat to dry
