A Little About the Maker

Welcome to A Nimsical Creation, a curious little corner of the world where imagination, creativity and a touch of the unusual come together.

I'm a Norwegian creative soul based in Carlisle, UK. Proudly woke, queer and neurosparkly, with a lifelong love of all things whimsical, witchy, wonderfully weird and just a little unconventional.

By day, I'm a university lecturer in game design. The rest of the time, I'm a maker, dreamer, collector of curiosities and enthusiastic explorer of whatever creative rabbit hole catches my imagination next.

I create handcrafted resin art, jewellery, D&D dice, candles and all manner of curious little treasures. Inspired by folklore, fantasy, gothic romance, enchanted forests, tabletop adventures and the beauty of nature, my creations celebrate individuality, imagination and the joy of being unapologetically yourself.

Expect a little magic, plenty of purple, the occasional happy accident and absolutely no commitment to being ordinary.
