At A Nimsical Creation, every order is carefully prepared, packaged and sent on its way with a little love, a touch of magic and plenty of attention to detail.

Where I Ship

I currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

International shipping is not currently available.

Processing & Dispatch

Ready-made creations are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has been received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Made-to-order and personalised creations may require additional preparation time. Their estimated dispatch times will be provided before purchase.

Postage & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment.

Charges depend on the size, weight and packaging requirements of your order.

I generally aim to use Royal Mail services suitable for the item being sent, with tracking where appropriate.

Delivery estimates depend on the chosen service and destination. Royal Mail Tracked 48 generally aims for delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although certain destinations may take longer.

Unless I agree otherwise with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Packaging

Every creation is carefully packaged to help it arrive safely.

Where practical, I reuse or recycle packaging materials to reduce unnecessary waste.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something goes wrong with your delivery, please contact me at nimsical.creation@gmail.com with your order number and details of the problem.

Photographs of damaged packaging or goods can be helpful but are not required for you to exercise your statutory rights.

I will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with UK consumer law.
