1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ We Accept Returns If:

Requested within 7 days of delivery (based on courier's POD)

Item is unopened/unassembled (original packaging intact) OR has manufacturing defects (missing/broken parts)

Valid order number and proof of purchase provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Opened/assembled kits without defects

Customized products

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Request Authorization

• Order #

• Photos of issue (for defective items)

• Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)

2️⃣ Get RMA Approval

We'll respond within 72 hours with:

• Approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

• Return address (Philippines-based warehouse)

3️⃣ Ship Back Items

Use tracked shipping (LBC, J&T, or GrabExpress recommended)

Include RMA# on the package

Keep courier receipt for reimbursement (if applicable)

4️⃣ Refund/Replacement

Processed within 3-7 business days after inspection

3. Refund Methods

�� Original Payment: Refunds issued via original payment method (GCash, Maya, credit card) - may take 5-10 banking days

�� Free Exchange: For defective items (same model only)
