📦 Shipping Information

🚚 1. LBC Express (Nationwide Shipping)


For customers located outside of Metro Manila or in areas where meet-up or same-day delivery is not feasible, we use LBC Express for shipping.

  • Before shipment, we will schedule a video call with you to verify your order in real-time.
  • During the call, we will show your item(s) clearly and pack them in front of you before handing over to LBC.
  • This ensures full transparency and peace of mind before shipping.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and LBC's standard terms.


🚗 2. LALAMOVE (Same-Day Delivery for Nearby Areas)

If you're located within or near Metro Manila, you may choose to book a Lalamove rider for same-day pickup.

  • After confirming your order, we will send clear photos or a short video of your item(s).
  • Once you are satisfied and have sent payment via GCash, we will release the item to the Lalamove rider.
  • Kindly note: We will only release the item after we have received your payment.
  • Customers are responsible for booking and coordinating with the Lalamove rider for pickup.


🤝 3. Meet-Up (Metro Manila Only)

We also offer meet-up delivery for customers within Metro Manila.

  • Meet-ups are arranged by mutual agreement and scheduled in advance.
  • Please contact us via chat or email to arrange a convenient time and place.
