Hi, I'm Alasa — I spent 20+ years in financial services, telecoms, IT, and business consulting, leading business analysis, digital transformation, and career mentoring globally.

Through it all, I have studied what moves a job search from screened out to shortlisted across 100+ real searches, and I've helped digital professionals build careers they love without needing more certifications.

I've coached and mentored 1,000+ professionals and seen the same pattern derail smart people again and again. The best candidates don't always get hired. The best‑positioned ones do.
