We Moved the Blog (Don’t Worry, It’s Not Lost—Just Upgraded)
We’ve moved the Naturally Beautiful Insights Blog over to our online newsletter—because it turns out peace, order, and mildly chaotic wellness wisdom belong in one place. It’s still completely free to subscribe (we’re not monsters), and once you’re in, you’ll get blog updates sent straight to your email like a responsible adult surprise package, plus access to the full online newsletter where you can read, comment, and tell us how much better your life feels—or at least pretend it does convincingly. Think of it as the same blog, just upgraded from “floating around the internet like a lost sock” to “organized, intentional, and finally living its best life.”
Refining Our Spiritual Articles for Clarity, Respect, and Everyday Understanding (Without the Spiritual Head Scratching)
Our spiritual articles are getting a little “fine-tuning” behind the scenes—think less clutter, more clarity, and a cleaner focus on what matters. Out of respect for certain religious organizations, we won’t be pulling from their materials, and instead we’ll stick closely to Bible scriptures themselves, interpreted personally to help make the message easy to understand and apply in everyday life.
In other words, no outside noise—just scripture, reflection, and practical wisdom you can actually use. We’re keeping it simple, sincere, and useful… like a well-worn cookbook instead of a 12-volume encyclopedia you open once and suddenly forget what you were even looking for.
We’re aiming for that “ohhh, that actually clicks” kind of understanding—not the “let me reread this paragraph four times and still feel spiritually confused” experience. Just clear, grounded insight you can actually live with, not wrestle with.
Think less confusion, more clarity, and more moments where the message feels like it just settles in place without needing a decoding manual.

Sex: A Sacred Union of Spirit and Flesh — The Consequences of Misuse (When Sacred Connection Goes Left, Consequences Pull Up)
What if sex isn’t nearly as “casual” as we’ve been treating it? Because apparently, the body, brain, spirit, and nervous system did NOT attend the meeting where we decided, “It’s just sex.” In Part Two, we’re getting into what can happen when something designed as a sacred one-flesh bond gets used like a recreational activity—with spiritual consequences, emotional receipts, biological fine print, and enough relationship plot twists to make your nervous system request PTO. From multiple partners and emotional bonding to cheating, betrayal, and the road back to healing, this article asks the uncomfortable question: What happens when we misuse something Yahweh designed with a purpose? The consequences may pull up—but thankfully, mercy pulls up too. Come read it. Your body has been keeping receipts anyway.
