I’m Blake Halsey, the Founder and CEO of the All-Hazards Emergency Management Group, as well as the host of The All-Hazards Prepper Show, a podcast and social media platform focused on emergency preparedness. With over a decade of experience in emergency services, I began my journey at 16 as a Volunteer Firefighter. I have served for more than eight years as an Emergency Manager in various roles across local government, education, and healthcare. Throughout my career, I have developed and maintained comprehensive emergency management, safety, and security programs. This includes creating emergency and continuity plans, administering training and exercises, conducting safety and security assessments for regulatory compliance, and leading responses to both large and small-scale disasters and emergencies.

I hold a BA in Political Science and a BS in Security Studies from East Carolina University—Go Pirates! Additionally, I have earned numerous certifications in emergency management and safety, including Incident Command, Emergency and Exercise Planning, Safety Programs/OSHA, Threat and Intelligence Analysis, Safety and Security Assessments, and Hazardous Material emergency planning and response. I am also a graduate of the FEMA National Emergency Management Basic Academy and have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, which ignited my passion for preparedness.I am here to help YOU get ready for the next emergency or disaster!
