All 3D products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Current turnaround time (TAT) is 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and each product requires individual print time.

High-volume sales periods (including promotions or holidays) are included within the stated turnaround time and do not qualify as delays.

Shipping Policy

Once an order has shipped and leaves my location, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
