American Standard Issue — Digital Product Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

We want customers to feel confident purchasing from American Standard Issue. Because our products are delivered digitally and customers receive access to downloadable content immediately, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we want to handle genuine problems fairly.

Please contact us if:

• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
• You received the wrong product.
• A purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
• You did not receive access to the product after successful payment.
• Another significant technical problem prevents you from accessing what you purchased.

When possible, we will first attempt to correct the problem by replacing the file, restoring access, or providing the correct download.

Change of Mind

Refunds are generally not provided simply because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You no longer need the guide.
• You purchased a guide for an event that did not occur.
• You expected a physical product when the listing clearly stated that the product was digital.
• You did not review the product description before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with the purchase details so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us promptly. You may also need to contact your payment provider.
