What is collected

When you buy: your name, email address and country, collected

through Payhip in order to deliver your purchase and meet accounting

obligations. Payment data is handled by Stripe or PayPal and is

never seen or stored by The Amrata Kitchen.

When you subscribe: your email address, held in Mailchimp.

Why, and on what basis

To deliver what you bought and to answer you (performance of the

contract). To keep accounting records (legal obligation). To send

you the newsletter, where you have consented, or where you are an

existing customer and the content concerns similar products

(legitimate interest, article L34-5 du Code des postes et des

communications électroniques).

How long

Customer records: ten years, as required for accounting.

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

Payhip, Stripe, PayPal and Mailchimp, each acting as a processor

for the purposes above. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion,

object to its use, or ask for it to be transferred, by writing to

lina@amratakitchen.com. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at

any time using the link in every email. You may also complain to the

CNIL (cnil.fr).
