2. Products

The Amrata Kitchen sells digital products delivered electronically,

in PDF format. No physical item is shipped.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and are the prices payable. No VAT is

charged (article 293 B du CGI).

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Payment is

taken at the time of order by card (Stripe) or by PayPal. The Amrata

Kitchen does not store your card details.

5. Delivery

A download link is provided immediately after payment and is also

sent by email. If the link does not arrive within one hour, check

your spam folder and then write to lina@amratakitchen.com.

6. Right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase you expressly request that delivery of

the digital content begin immediately, and you expressly waive your

right of withdrawal. In accordance with article L221-28 13° du Code

de la consommation, no right of withdrawal applies to digital content

supplied without a physical medium once performance has begun with

your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right

is thereby lost.

Accordingly, purchases are final and no refund is due once the

download has been made available. This does not affect your legal

guarantee of conformity: if the file is faulty, corrupted or does not

correspond to its description, write to lina@amratakitchen.com and it

will be replaced or refunded.

7. Licence of use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use

the book. You may read it, print one copy for your own use, and keep

it. You may not resell it, share it, republish it, or distribute it

in whole or in part, in any medium.

8. Nature of the content

The content is educational and is not medical advice. It does not

replace consultation with a doctor or qualified practitioner. Please

consult a professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking

medication, or living with a medical condition, and before using any

plant or oil that is new to you. You remain responsible for your use

of any practice, plant or oil described.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute,

please contact lina@amratakitchen.com first. Consumers may also

refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge, or to the

competent courts.
