Oggetto della vendita

I prodotti venduti in questo negozio sono contenuti digitali (file PDF scaricabili), forniti su supporto non materiale. Non si tratta di beni fisici né di servizi in abbonamento, salvo diversa indicazione riportata sulla pagina del singolo prodotto.

Prezzi

I prezzi indicati sulle pagine dei prodotti sono espressi in euro. Eventuali imposte applicabili (es. IVA) vengono calcolate ed evidenziate da Payhip al momento del checkout, in base al paese di residenza dell'acquirente.

Modalità di pagamento

I pagamenti vengono elaborati esclusivamente tramite PayPal, incluse le carte di credito/debito accettate tramite il checkout PayPal, anche senza necessità di un account PayPal da parte dell'acquirente. Il venditore non ha accesso né memorizza i dati completi della carta di pagamento dell'acquirente.

In caso di controversie relative al pagamento, si applicano anche le policy di protezione acquirenti di PayPal, consultabili sul sito PayPal.

Conferma d'ordine e consegna

Dopo il completamento del pagamento, l'acquirente riceve immediatamente accesso al download del file digitale acquistato, insieme a un'email di conferma dell'ordine inviata automaticamente da Payhip.

Diritto di recesso

Ai sensi della normativa europea sui diritti dei consumatori (Direttiva 2011/83/UE e, per l'Italia, art. 59 del Codice del Consumo), il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni previsto per gli acquisti online non si applica ai contenuti digitali forniti su supporto non materiale, quando:

• l'esecuzione è iniziata con l'accordo preventivo espresso del consumatore, e
• il consumatore ha riconosciuto di perdere così il proprio diritto di recesso

Procedendo con l'acquisto e il download immediato del prodotto digitale, l'acquirente acconsente all'inizio immediato dell'esecuzione del contratto e prende atto di perdere il diritto di recesso una volta avvenuto il download. Questo consenso viene raccolto esplicitamente al momento del checkout, tramite un'apposita conferma richiesta prima del completamento dell'ordine.

Rimborsi

Non essendo applicabile il diritto di recesso standard una volta effettuato il download, i rimborsi vengono valutati caso per caso, ad esempio in presenza di:

• File danneggiato o non funzionante
• Prodotto sostanzialmente diverso da quanto descritto nella pagina di vendita
• Doppio addebito per errore tecnico

Proprietà intellettuale

I contenuti dei prodotti venduti (testi, grafiche, struttura dei documenti) sono di proprietà del venditore o utilizzati con relativa licenza. L'acquisto concede all'acquirente una licenza d'uso personale del file acquistato; non è consentito rivendere, ridistribuire o pubblicare il contenuto acquistato senza autorizzazione scritta del venditore.

Limitazione di responsabilità

Il venditore si impegna a fornire prodotti conformi a quanto descritto nelle pagine di vendita. Il venditore non è responsabile per danni derivanti da uso improprio del contenuto acquistato o da problemi tecnici non direttamente imputabili al file fornito (es. problemi del dispositivo o del software dell'acquirente).

Legge applicabile e foro competente

I presenti termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia, laddove l'acquirente sia un consumatore residente nell'Unione Europea, resta ferma l'applicazione delle norme inderogabili a tutela del consumatore previste dal paese di residenza dell'acquirente.

Risoluzione delle controversie

I consumatori residenti nell'Unione Europea possono ricorrere alla piattaforma ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) della Commissione Europea, disponibile all'indirizzo: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Object of sale

The products sold in this store are digital content (downloadable PDF files), supplied on non-tangible media. These are not physical goods or subscription services, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Prices

Prices shown on product pages are in euros. Any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are calculated and displayed by Payhip at checkout, based on the buyer's country of residence.

Payment methods

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal, including credit/debit cards accepted via PayPal checkout, without the buyer needing a PayPal account. The seller does not have access to, or store, the buyer's full payment card details.

In the event of payment disputes, PayPal's buyer protection policies also apply, available on the PayPal website.

Order confirmation and delivery

Once payment is completed, the buyer immediately gains access to download the purchased digital file, along with an order confirmation email sent automatically by Payhip.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and, for Italy, Article 59 of the Consumer Code), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to digital content supplied on non-tangible media, when:

• performance has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement, and
• the consumer has acknowledged thereby losing their right of withdrawal

By proceeding with the purchase and the immediate download of the digital product, the buyer consents to the immediate start of the performance of the contract and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the download has taken place. This consent is collected explicitly at checkout, through a dedicated confirmation required before the order is completed.

Refunds

Since the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been downloaded, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, for example in the following situations:

• Damaged or non-functioning file
• Product substantially different from what was described on the sales page
• Duplicate charge due to a technical error

Intellectual property

The content of the products sold (text, graphics, document structure) is owned by the seller or used under an appropriate licence. Purchase grants the buyer a personal use licence for the purchased file; it is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or publish the purchased content without the seller's written authorisation.

Limitation of liability

The seller undertakes to provide products consistent with what is described on the sales pages. The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased content or from technical issues not directly attributable to the file provided (e.g. issues with the buyer's device or software).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, where the buyer is a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence continue to apply.

Dispute resolution

Consumers resident in the European Union can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
