Many digital products are non-refundable because they are not services and customers can't return them once they have downloaded them. However, there are some exceptions, such as if the product is faulty or misrepresented. The legal requirements for refunds for digital products vary by location. For example, in the US, there is no federal law requiring refunds for digital products, but some states may require clear disclosure of a refund policy. The EU and UK have stricter regulations that may require refunds or replacements in certain circumstances.

The reason is that customers can't actually return a digital product. Once they buy it and have possession of the data, it remains with them forever unless they delete it. They can't just email it back to you. (They could email it back, but they'd still have a copy on their computer or digital device.)

what are the requirements for downloading digital files

^ You must have enough storage space on your computer or USB Drive around 20GB or more

^ Some digital memory storage can take long to process download if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

• Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Anthony Ray Show Store, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 
• Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them.  

You can't download a digital purchase through the Anthony Ray Shoe Store app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Anthony Ray Show Store on your mobile browser or computer.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding contact@payhip.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

1. Sign in to  anthonyrayshow store and go to Your account.
2. Go to Your order or in your email.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should Instant Downloadon the images for the item. 

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item? 

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on the seller. Please coordinate with the seller through contact us to establish the completion time for your order. 

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the purchase and review section of your Anthony Ray Show Store account. Items that the seller is still working on are shown as In progress. 

Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and reviews and selecting the Download files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file. 

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Anthony Ray Show Store account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. 

Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through contact us for further assistance.

The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact the seller directly through contact us if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
