2. Personal information we may collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with AppriseHR Solutions.
This may include:

• Telephone number where provided

• Information necessary to provide HR consultancy services
• Purchase and transaction information relating to digital products
• Records of products or services you have purchased

When you purchase a digital product through the AppriseHR Solutions Payhip store, Payhip and the relevant payment provider process information necessary to complete the transaction.
AppriseHR Solutions does not receive or store your full payment card details.

• Make an enquiry about HR services
• Engage AppriseHR Solutions to provide HR consultancy services
• Purchase a digital product
• Contact us about a purchase

Information relating to digital-product purchases may also be provided through Payhip as part of administering your order.

We will not sell your personal information.

6. HR consultancy information
As an HR consultancy, AppriseHR Solutions may sometimes receive personal information about employees, workers, job applicants or other individuals when providing services to a client.
The way in which this information is handled will depend upon the particular service being provided and the respective data-protection responsibilities of AppriseHR Solutions and the client.
Clients should only provide personal information that is reasonably necessary for the HR support being requested and should ensure that they have an appropriate basis for sharing that information.
Where appropriate, additional contractual or data-processing arrangements may apply.
7. Digital products and Payhip
AppriseHR Solutions uses Payhip to sell and deliver digital products.
When you purchase a digital product, information necessary to process and administer your order is handled through Payhip and the payment provider selected during checkout.
Your purchase information may be available to AppriseHR Solutions where necessary to administer your purchase, maintain appropriate records and provide customer support.
8. Marketing
AppriseHR Solutions currently promotes its services and resources through LinkedIn and Facebook.
If you interact with AppriseHR Solutions through a social-media platform, that platform will process information in accordance with its own privacy arrangements.
We do not currently operate an email marketing mailing list through the AppriseHR Solutions Payhip store.
If this changes in future, this Privacy Notice will be reviewed and updated as appropriate.
9. Sharing your personal information
We will only share personal information where there is an appropriate reason to do so.
This may include service providers necessary to operate our business or provide a service to you, professional advisers where necessary, payment and digital-product platforms involved in a transaction, and public authorities or other organisations where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
10. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where records need to be retained for legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or disposed of where reasonably practicable.

AppriseHR Solutions takes reasonable and proportionate steps to protect the personal information it holds against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Where third-party services are used, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some third-party platforms or service providers may process personal information outside the UK.
Where personal information is transferred internationally and UK data protection law requires safeguards to be in place, appropriate arrangements will be used to protect that information.
