What people are saying

"I’ve learned a lot from Sean, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work.  Sean’s technique is unique; he approaches training in an intelligent and informative way. I loved starting our sessions with Tibetan rights exercises. The exercises Sean did with me have helped my mobility. He truly knows his stuff and is a good motivator.

Sean is incredibly professional and efficient. He is flexible in accommodating last-minute requests and changes, which made my life a lot easier".

"Training with Sean has been a revelation. He got under the skin of what I wanted to achieve and then devised thoughtful and challenging programs which were always progressive and fun with a balance between mobility, function and form. I have improved my technique with jump rope and kettlebells and got as fit, flexible and motivated as I’ve ever been. If I could train more often with Sean, I think I’d become a superhero".

"I very much enjoyed my kettlebell training and yoga exercises with Sean. I always felt like I had a thorough workout. My overall fitness has improved significantly while exercising with Sean, and I have lost a few inches from my waist. Sean is a great personal trainer who listens to his clients' requirements. He always respected my limitations when I was not able to do some extra-hard exercises. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean as a personal trainer".

'I met Sean when I attended one of the classes at The Gym for the very first time. From the get-go, I could see his passion for fitness and his ability to inspire and push others to do better. While it was very painful (being that it was my very first class ever), I had a lot of fun, and it made me decide to attend more and more classes. For a brief period of time, I was lucky I could attend 2 weekly classes done by Sean, and it made a tremendous difference in my overall fitness levels. I could see my body slowly transforming under his guide and I was very pleased with my progress.

I cannot recommend him enough as a PT. He clearly has the knowledge and the ability to help you achieve your goals. He will steer you in the right direction with a kind but very firm hand and will support you every step of the way.'

'It's been a great experience training with Sean, learning how to;

-Prepare for a workout and cool down correctly, leading to a shorter recovery time,

- How to use Kettlebells correctly, using both full body and isolating exercises.

- Using my own body weight to work out efficiently and having the correct technique (thus, avoiding injury).

Sean made me realise how important mobility is to your workout routine and general health. Varied training regimes using Kettlebells have been rigorous and have allowed me to make massive progress by improving mobility and endurance.

I've enjoyed our sessions and brought something new to my regular workout. Sean makes our classes fun and motivates me to have at least two Kettlebell workout sessions in my usual workout schedule. Sean has made me feel confident to practise on my own, giving helpful tips and information when I need it.'

'When I started with Sean, I had poor posture from sitting in front of a computer all day. I'd had personal trainers before, doing the usual weight lifting, HIIT workouts and the usual dietary advice (protein shakes and low fat). Sean thinks differently; he targeted the areas of my body that were causing me problems, including an old hip injury, building a foundation first to help me achieve my long term goals. Now I understand the mechanics of my body much better, I train much more efficiently, and my diet approach is much more organic (no more processed protein shakes!). I'm taller (straight back!), leaner and fitter and couldn't be happier - kettlebell training all the way now!'

"Sean is an excellent yoga teacher. His gentle manner and precise direction was so easy to follow, which is so important especially when you are in a yoga position when you cant see the instructor for the demo. I would love to attend Sean's yoga classes again if he comes back to London. Highly recommended Hatha practice"

"I was an absolute yoga beginner and had wanted to learn yoga for years.  Whenever I tried a class, I found myself flailing around at the back of the class and feeling very stupid.

Sean gave me one-to-one tuition and also used his Personal Training expertise as I was severely stiff in the hips and shoulders, and my joint mobility was poor. He is a great teacher, and I enjoyed every session. I soon became more flexible and my mobility greatly improved".

"Thanks a million, Sean!"
