My name is Tara Baja and welcome to my bookstore! Well, let me tell y'all a little bit about myself; I'm an internationally known poet and author. Canada counts, right? Lol! I'm a woman of Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 descent, born and raised in New York City.. currently, I live on the Upper West Side. I'm in my early 40's and I've been reading books since I was 3 years old, writing songs, poetry and short stories since I was 10 and became a published author at 12.

My favorite and most influential authors include V.C. Andrews, Jackie Collins, Tupac Shakur, Anne Rice, Stephen King, R. L. Stine, Christopher Pike, L. J. Smith and the incomparable, Maya Angelou. While I long to fulfill my dreams of winning a Pulitzer Prize for my poetry and/or obtaining a Netflix/Hulu deal for my adult fictional works, I'm enjoying taking my literary career into my own hands.

Since 2018, I've self-published over 30+ titles on Amazon, including poetry chapbooks and most recently, low content paperback books i.e. journals and notebooks. I also write New Adult Fiction under the pen name, Lula Brielle. For those who don't use Amazon Kindle, I'm now offering my eBooks here on PayHip. I'll continue to offer my books on Amazon, as they offer physical book formats, but for a simpler downloading experience.. well, you've found my bookstore!
