As a mother, I know what it’s like to crave balance, healing, and a sense of self after experiencing trauma. I’ve walked that path — navigating the chaos, the exhaustion, and the quiet moments where it all felt too heavy. Along the way, I discovered powerful tools that helped me reconnect with my mind, body, and soul — and truly begin to heal.
Through my journey as a teacher, yoga guide, breathwork facilitator, elemental life coach, and hypnotherapist, the tool that has supported me most deeply in healing trauma has been hypnotherapy. It helped me release the weight I was carrying and step into a version of myself I didn’t know I could become.
Now, it’s my passion to share these practices with other women — especially fellow mothers — who are ready to feel like themselves again.
