Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do to prepare for the session?

Find a comfortable space in your home where you can sit or lay down, where you won't be disturbed. Allow 60minutes for the session plus some time after to journal, rest and have a quieter remainder of the day.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Is it possible to buy more than one session?

For sure! You simply need to purchase hypnotherapy again and will be able to get access to another set of hypnotherapy sessions.
