About the Author

My name is John W. Greenacre, and I wrote BACK PAIN RELIEF — Live Without Medication after living with lower-back pain for more than 20 years.

Through awareness, acceptance, and daily adaptation, I gradually learned how to manage the source of my pain without relying on medication. Over time I developed simple habits and practical adjustments that allowed me to reduce my pain and continue living an active life.

This book shares the lessons I learned through real experience — not theory. My goal is to help others understand their own back pain and discover practical ways to manage it in daily life.
