Tanyanika (Nika) Ajayi, LMFT is a certified CBT and Mindfulness therapist who offers workshops and retreats for people struggling with anxiety. Nika has been providing services to the community for over 10 years; specializing in guiding her patients to gain the skills needed to find balance in their life and overcome anxiety. Nika believes that with knowledge comes the ability to handle what life brings. We all have the power to change our lives for the better, we just need a little coaching. Her patients describe her as straightforward, positive and compassionate, goal orientated and goal ordinated in helping them succussed.
