Fruitful experiments, great new experiences, crossover insights, more energy, deeper interest from others, and more leverage for change.
Let go of what's gone
When January comes around and I hear the term "start over," all I wish is that "starting over" doesn't mean "forget about what has gone by"; the experiences, the people, the projects—we are more than the "now"; we are the entirety of the fine web of actions, reactions, and events that brought us here today. Reinventing ourselves is always good, as long as we can take along with us that which brought us thus far. First of all, when the New Year comes, let go! Let go of what's gone! What's gone is gone. There is something lovely about the fact that the concept of "starting over" comes at the same time when the world slips from fall into winter and the flora and fauna all around us go to sleep, recharge, and find a way to bloom, grow, or become stronger all over again. In fact, the leaves of the trees have been coming and going in a cycle for eons, and not once did the world stand still. The years have gone by, the leaves fell, they grew back, and they fell all over again, and the world kept spinning. Start spreading your wings and winnowing through the echoes of the past.
Be Grateful For What Remains
Start the new year with gratitude. Start by writing down everything that happened in the past year and for which you're grateful. Everything that made you a better person, even though they were tough times, they helped you grow into a better person. Being grateful for everything that remains and everything you have and really start to be a better person. Being grateful and appreciating everything you have is the first big step towards a happy, healthy and satisfying 2025.
Look Forward to What's Coming
Things are about to change a lot. Just from one year to the next. Statistics say that nothing will really be the same next year. So that's a lot. It brings anxiety and makes us wonder what the future planned for us, but right now, with just some hours to get to it, we can still believe that it will be filled with wonderful things and allow ourselves to be blessed for it. Don't bring anxieties when the best might be coming. Don't think that since last year things are getting harder, then the next block of 365 days is meant to be unwanted needs filled with gloomy interiors. Right now might be the last moment you catch the rain in the morning and feel energized by it. Every moment counts, especially when it comes to a brand new definition with another number in the calendar. You can start again, re-touch how things go - and you know how difficult it is to try to change your life, even for little details. And this is also a great expectation to have for the next days. The next 365 days. To dare yourself to do different things, for the reason that not bad, but good things will happen. Every minute is something wonderful. Every second. If you think so, then everything might turn easier to handle.
Final Thoughts
Most people die without ever understanding their own lives. Will you be one of them? “Life’s Big Questions” is your chance to change that. You don’t need another comforting lie. You need answers—real ones. That’s what this book delivers. Keep ignoring the hard questions, and you’ll end up exactly where you fear the most. Don't spend another year doing the same shit. This isn’t for the faint-hearted. By the time you reach the last page, you’ll see what you’ve been too scared to face, and you’ll know exactly what to do about it. Check it out.
