At Beambee Designs, every item is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Personalized Items
Because personalized and custom-made products are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost or offer another solution to make it right.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
