1. General Information

Beambee Designs is a small creative business specializing in personalized and handmade products, including laser-cut, UV-printed, and 3D-printed items. Each product is made with care and may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade process.

2. Ordering & Personalization

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before checkout.
Beambee Designs is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., typos in names or incorrect color choices).
Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival (see our Return Policy).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Beambee Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.
Free shipping applies to orders $75 and over (before tax) within the United States.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

4. Returns & Replacements

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace damaged items at no additional cost.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. (Buyer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.)

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Beambee Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or correct an order before fulfillment.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us! Personal information is collected solely to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
