Stress, anxiety, and depression not only affect our mental wellbeing, but our physical, and sexual wellbeing too. The more we can limit stress and explore what brings us pleasure and joy, the more we can move from just surviving to thriving. When we thrive, we are more able to fully engage with life, to be more ourselves, to be open to new experiences and have the resources to help and support others. Wellbeing comes from a deeper connection to ourselves, each other and the earth. Particularly in these challenging times we need to feel we belong, so we can embody and evolve into who we truly are, to feel empowered.
