Jason Woods
Jason Woods is an award-winning writer, director, composer, and performer whose storytelling spans international stages, film, and the page. His stage work has earned critical acclaim both Off-Broadway and internationally, with four honors at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, including Best New Writing and Best Individual Performance, where The Scotsman hailed him as “a one-man wonderland.” Woods has an extensive catalog of original theatrical works including Bing!, A Mad, Mad Wonderland!, and The Legend of St. Nick, and his long running solo performance of A Christmas Carol. Following his acclaimed psychological drama The Silver Burden, his upcoming feature as writer/director is the Southern Gothic horror Mercy, all under the banner of Bellalore Productions. His work is driven by a lifelong fascination with story, and its power to transform those who create and those who experience it.
