To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special notice for digital content and digital services (early expiry)

- Digital content (e.g., files): Your right of withdrawal may expire early if you expressly consent to us starting performance before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

- Services: Your right of withdrawal may expire early if the service has been fully performed and you have given your prior express consent (and acknowledgement) for performance to begin before the withdrawal period ends.
