Digital Products

Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy follows these guidelines:

Eligible for Refund

- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase

- You have **not yet downloaded** the files

- The product was purchased in error (e.g., duplicate purchase)

Not Eligible for Refund

- The files have already been **downloaded**

- More than 30 days have passed since purchase

- You simply changed your mind after downloading

Defective Files

If you receive corrupted, incomplete, or defective files:

- Contact us at contact@blackthorncases.com within 30 days

- We will provide a replacement download or issue a full refund at your choice

- Please include your order number and a description of the issue

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@blackthorncases.com with:

1. Your order number or Payhip receipt

2. The reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
