All products sold through the Blackthorn Cases store are digital downloads (PDF case files, audio files, and supplementary materials). No physical products are shipped.

2. Personal License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for:

- Personal entertainment and reading

- Hosting private game nights with friends and family

- Printing copies for personal use during game sessions

3. Restrictions

You may not:

- Redistribute, resell, or share the files publicly

- Upload files to file-sharing platforms or torrent sites

- Use the materials for commercial purposes (e.g., paid events, escape rooms) without a separate commercial license

- Claim authorship of the materials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, audio recordings, and puzzle designs, is the intellectual property of Blackthorn Press and is protected by copyright law.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered immediately after purchase via Payhip's digital delivery system. You will receive a download link by email. If you experience delivery issues, contact contact@blackthorncases.com

6. Limitation of Liability

Blackthorn Press provides materials "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

8. Changes
