Refund Policy


This store sells digital products, including downloadable PDFs, templates, guides and other digital resources. No physical goods are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered automatically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

However, we want every purchase to be fair and clear. Please contact us if:

  • you did not receive access to your download,
  • you accidentally purchased the same product twice,
  • the wrong file was delivered,
  • the product is technically broken or cannot be opened,
  • the product is materially different from its description.

If there is a technical issue, we will first try to fix the problem or provide a working copy of the product. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund where appropriate.

Please include your order email, product name and a short description of the issue.

For EU consumers: by purchasing a digital product with immediate access or download, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once access or download begins, your right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, defective or not as described.

Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment provider. After a refund, access to the purchased digital product may be revoked.
