No physical goods are shipped.

Product descriptions, previews and screenshots are provided to help you understand what is included before purchase.

• Delivery

Digital products are delivered automatically through Payhip after successful payment.

If you do not receive access to your product, please contact us at hello@bodullabs.com with your order details.

• Payment and taxes

Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its payment providers.

For eligible digital product sales to customers in the EU/UK, Payhip may handle applicable digital VAT according to its platform rules. Other tax obligations may depend on the buyer’s location and the applicable law.

• License and permitted use

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal or internal business-use license.

You may:

• download and use the product for yourself or inside your own business/team,
• adapt templates for your own internal work,
• print copies for your own use or your internal team use.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the original product files,
• claim the product as your own,
• sell modified versions of the product,
• include the product in another paid product, bundle, membership, course or template library without written permission from Bodul Labs.
• Intellectual property

All products, text, structure, templates, design and related materials remain the intellectual property of Bodul Labs unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product.

• Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because these are digital products with immediate access, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law or where the product is faulty, defective or materially not as described.

• Product updates

Some products may be updated over time. Unless stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not guarantee free lifetime updates.

If an updated version is made available to previous customers, this is offered at the discretion of Bodul Labs.
