Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital product purchases are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by applicable law.

• The file is corrupted or incomplete.
• You received the wrong product.
• You encounter technical issues accessing your purchase.

Physical Products

For printed books purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Pothi, or other retailers, returns and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective marketplace.

Please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product for assistance.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days with your order details. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
