Ardenna is a graduate of Virginia Tech and The Illinois School of Professional Psychology with a B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Clinical Psychology respectfully. She has been a therapist for 14+ years and licensed for 10+ years.

Ardenna's clinical experience includes working in settings such as jail, schools, a police department, family violence shelters and outreach centers, psychiatric hospitals and mobile crisis teams. Ardenna has experience of working with children, adolescents and adults. Some of her expertise and interest areas include working with survivors of trauma with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, and mild to moderate dissociation.
