I use Blender and Substance painter for all of my model and asset work. I use Clip Studio Paint for my substance alphas and textures.

1. Unzip the alpha's .zip file
2. Shift click all alphas and drag them into substance painter.
3. Shift click all alphas within substance painter, drop down > Alphas
4. Confirm!

Then when you have a brush in hand, drag those alphas into the 'alpha' channel in the brush settings and you're good to go!

Located within the folder titled 'FBX' inside the Unity package of your chosen model/asset!

(I received a review about this and think it's a great thing to address in the FAQ for future reference.)

'Imagine you go to a dealership to buy a car, but when it comes time to put your name to said vehicle, you put 'N/A' on the registration - the car isn't registered to you, even if you paid for it.'

Without the information we request upon purchase, we can’t confirm ownership of the product, which means the license isn’t valid. Once correct details are provided, your license is fully recognised and active. providing this information it also enables me to help if you run into issues with the product, or provide updates should a bug be found.

Failure to input the correct information means you are:

1. Blacklisted from future purchases from this store, your download credits are revoked, preventing you from downloading or purchasing additional assets or models under the account.
2. Missing out on new assets, including models, textures and alphas among other things.
3. Missing out on updates, some of which are given freely alongside discount codes in thanks to the kind people for helping in identifying bugs, putting forth great ideas etc.

Filling your VRChat Link over username is useful to you -

This is because the link ties to the ID of your account, if you name changes it keeps the license valid because it's not referring to your name, rather your ID connected to you. It saves you going through every purchase telling stores "Hey, my new name is XYZ" and saves store owners additional work to keep your license valid.

A notice about "Removable licenses".

• A license has never been removed if it never had a registered person to apply it to, Payhip E-mails have been proven to be fake on numerous occasions and therefore I will not trust them alone.
• Taking the 5 minutes to fill in a form guarantees you persistent ownership and valid license of said product of the type purchased (Personal/commercial respectively).
• The following; "I've put in the correct information and agree to the ToS. I'm fully aware that by breaking ToS I risk being banned from making future purchases" is not a cosmetic I tack on the bottom of the form.
• Finally, I will never remove a license from someone without good reason and ample proof to do so, this includes violations and breaches in my TOS which proof is provided when 'N/A', Abuses or gibberish decorates my forms.

A final message:

If you believe your information is incorrect and would like access to download/purchase assets again then make a ticket in my Discord server containing the following;

• Your Email
• A link to your VRChat account (Simply go to your user profile and copy the link)
• The last asset you purchased. (This will help us in narrowing the search to find you)

I welcome admitting an honest mistake and rectifying it in tickets. Especially if you filled a form incorrectly.
