Thank you so much for your interest in coaching. This is just the beginning. We will spend time designing your goals and making a personalized plan that will help you reach them.
Please fill out the intake with as much detail as possible so that before we meet, I have all the information I need to help you. Please include: height, weight, age, gender, goal weight, daily activity, lifestyle, food allergies, current food intake, stress levels, sleep, access to a gym, daily steps and anything else you feel I need to know.

What's included in monthly coaching?
Rates for full access coaching are dependent upon the needs of the client and how long the client signs on. Based on demand, rates are subject to change, but will not change for the individual after signing.
What you can expect from full access:
- Baseline consultation to establish goals
- Weekly video chat check ins for an hour
- Ongoing workout plans and adjustments
- Nutrition recommendations, recipe book, new recipe ideas weekly, macro help
- Food tracking help
- Biofeedback monitoring
- Unlimited text/email correspondence
- Event/special occasion game plan discussions
- Daily correspondence (if client desires)
Full access coaching allows me to be available to you pretty much at all times. This is full accountability and help to achieve your goals. If there is an issue that arrises or you do not feel motivated to keep going, I am there immediately.
