creamy corn shrimp tacos w/no mayo cabbage slaw

ingredients
- One 1 lb shrimp - about 16 oz.
- Kinder Seasoning (photoed below)
- 1/4 head of green cabbage
- One thinly sliced small white onion
- One bunch of cilantro
- Zest and juice of two limes
- Garlic powder
- One package of frozen sweet corn
- 1/4 cup of Philadelphia Creamy Melt Mozzarella Cheese
- Splash of Fairlife 2 % Milk
- Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas (45 calorie, smaller ones)

- Total prepared taco - 230 calories, 28 g protein, 12 g fiber.
instructions
- Combine thinly sliced cabbage, onions, cilantro, lime zest and juice into a bowl and mix well.
- Cook the shrimp with the Kinder Seasoning until cooked all the way through. Add additional seasonings if desired.
- Put package of frozen corn into a pan and cook with salt, pepper and garlic powder until cooked through. Add in cheese and splash of milk until melted and loose.
- Combine taco with slaw, shrimp and corn on top. Add additional lime or desired seasonings. Enjoy.
