ingredients

  1. One light chunk in water tuna package (90 calorie serving with 22 g of protein)
  2. One table spoon of light mayo
  3. 1/2 Serving of Fage Plain 0% greek yogurt
  4. Celery
  5. Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
  6. 647 Bread - two slices
  7. Sliced tomatoes and lettuce for garnish
  8. Any additional desired seasonings like lemon zest, pickles etc.

instructions

  1. Finley chop the celery and mix the yogurt, tuna and mayo into a bowl with the seasonings of choice until the mixture if fully combined. The more you mix, the fluffier it will get for the desired tuna texture in that classic sandwich.
